Yes! Send an email to email@example.com and let them know which course sections you would like merged. If you want testing to occur at different times for the different sections, we can help you set up Bb Groups so that only the appropriate students see the tests at the appropriate times.
Yes, when you email Announcements they go to the students even when the course isn’t available (before or after the semester).
